Six-axis flight training · Star Citizen, Elite Dangerous, Into the Black · Built for HOSAS, works with anything
Practice doesn’t make perfect. Practice makes permanent.
You’ve flown the hours. You still lose the same merge the same way. Every rep you fly without feedback carves that mistake deeper, and nothing in your cockpit will ever tell you which one it is. 6DOF Academy names it, then hands you the rep that fixes it.
In limited testing while we refine it. Works alongside any six-axis sim.
Flying needs a desktop browser with a keyboard and mouse, a gamepad, or a HOSAS rig. Standings and your account work on your phone.

Three ways
the hours lie to you.
You merge. He is inside your turn before you have finished it. You bleed energy trying to match him, he reverses, and the killfeed says what it always says. You spawn in and tell yourself you need more time in the seat. You have been telling yourself that for a year.
The score, and nothing else
Your sim hands you a number and no replay, no input trace, no way to see what your hands actually did. Most flight games never shipped the tools to study yourself.
The same run, again
The training mode rewards what you already do. It never forces the thing you’re quietly avoiding, so the hours pile up and the plateau holds.
Someone else’s binds
Copy a pro’s curves, scrub a clip frame by frame. Their rig, their hands, their habits. None of it is a fix for yours. And “git gud” isn’t a method.
That’s not training. That’s repetition with extra steps.

Problem
You can’t fix
what you can’t see.
03
Diagnostic
It names what broke.
Then it hands you the fix.
A gym gives you reps. A coach tells you which rep was wrong.

Diagnosis
Cross-coupling
Inputs on unintended axes are throwing off your tracking. Focus on isolated axis control.
Wasted energy by axis
WORST AXIS · ROLL · JERKIEST AXIS · ROLL
Last 8 attempts
Suggested tuning
Roll sensitivity −15%. Eases the cross-coupling bleeding into your tracking.
This one is made up. Yours appears the first time you fly.
Request early access →About a minute, once it opens.
The diagnostic
The failure pattern. Overshoot, undershoot, lagging the target, over-leading, or cross-coupling between axes: the actual shape of your error.
The axis bleeding your energy. Which input is leaking into the others and costing you the line.
The jerkiest axis. Where your hands are fighting the ship instead of flying it.
A fix you apply in one click. A specific sensitivity, deadzone, or curve change, with the reason it’ll help.
This feedback loop is the entire product.
Every drill you run and every stick you plug in exists to make the next rep count.

The loop
Isolate. Integrate. Climb.
01
Isolate
Pick a drill that trains a single fundamental. Nothing else moving, nothing else to blame. Fly it, read the diagnostic, fix the one thing that broke.
02
Integrate
Take it to the combined runs like Conduit, the trench run that stacks nearly every skill at once. Pressure finds the fundamental you haven’t fixed yet.
03
Climb
Beat your baseline. Rank against the pilots flying the same line. Carry your numbers across the whole Academy.

Hardware
Built for dual-stick.
Not an afterthought.
The physics aren’t a guess. The default flight model is built from Star Citizen’s own flight parameters: velocity-command translation, per-axis rate limits, the same ellipse governing pitch and yaw together. Fly Elite Dangerous, Into the Black, or anything else with six axes, and the Ship Lab retunes every number to match what you actually undock in. Six axes are six axes. What transfers between games is what your hands learned.
Supported inputs
HOSAS · HOTAS · Pedals
Head-tracking · Gamepad · Keyboard
Made for six degrees of freedom from the first line of code: pitch, yaw, roll, and translation on all three axes.
Don’t have a stick yet? Fly it with a gamepad or keyboard.
Built for HOSAS · Works with anything

What we don’t sell
No subscription
No battle pass
No buy-a-rank
Free forever · buy once, not rent · export your data
No subscription for your own practice. No battle pass between you and the data you paid for. Your flight data is yours, and we’ll tell you exactly what we record.
And owning it means the build, not a login. When the desktop trainer lands it’s a DRM-free download that runs offline. Yours to keep, no kill switch, nothing we revoke. Fly free in the browser today; the owned, offline copy is the desktop.

We’d rather show you the receipts than promise you certainty. Fly it. Find what’s broken. Tell us. None of us are gurus. We’re pilots who hit the same walls, building the trainer we wished existed.

Funding
Nobody else is
going to build this.
The people who make the sims sell ships. Skill isn’t a product line for them, and a trainer that makes you dangerous in a weekend sells nothing. So it falls to pilots.
Recruit is free forever. Pilot buys the web trainer outright. Founder’s Wing funds the desktop build and locks your price before it rises.
You can fly it free today. What you’re buying is the next part getting made.
